Job description :- Opening, prepare and set up for shop opening- Provide knowledgeable, approachable, efficient, energetic, and thoughtful service at all times- Serve food and beverages to guests making recommendations if needed- Adhere to all company service standards and protocols- Confident and correct use of POS system for order entry and payment processing- Ensure guests are charged correctly and receive proof of payment in a timely manner- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of service tools and service areas- Clean tables, preparation of table plans and lay out, complete closing duties and re-stock table ware and other supplies- Handle guest enquiries & feedback / complaints- Any other duties as assigned by the Management- Team player, Respect all colleague

Responsibilities:• Perform reception duties & create content social media platform, online marketing on meta, google ads, tiktok, IG, facebook(Attending to walk-in guests & handling telephone calls)• Assist in the administrative duties/ handle sales leads meet up KPI• General office maintenance• Updating, monitoring, and generation of various reports• Updating of Customers’ Purchase Orders into the accounting system• Assist with Quality Assurance requirements, including safe work procedures• Act as back-up for Administrator (Logistics & Purchasing)• Any other ad hoc duties as and when assigned
